About the P&C

The Rossmoyne Primary School Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) welcomes all parents, existing and new, to the association and invites all members of our school community to be active participants in the education of their children by contributing in any capacity that they can.  The P&C is run exclusively by volunteers and provides ongoing financial and practical support to the school to improve the facilities and opportunities to your child/ren.

P&C Meetings are held twice each term in the school library to discuss current projects, review ongoing support services and activities and update members on decisions and relevant new and events.

Dates of upcoming meetings are published in the school newsletter and are included on the school calendar.

A number of key committee roles are required to be filled each year for the association to remain an important aspect of the school.  These roles include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and three Executive Committee Officers.  There are also key coordinator positions including an Events Coordinator, Book Club and Book Fair Coordinator, Disco Coordinator, Second-Hand Uniforms' Coordinator, School Banking Coordinator and a Class Helpers' Coordinator.  Many of these roles are taken on by more than one person to distribute the workload between volunteers.  We are always keen to welcome visitors and new members to our meetings!  Please consider joining us for the next meeting.
